I owe 26,000 to capitol one and usaa and have student loans ttl. almost 80grand. A document preparer has done my paperwork. Will this effect my bankruptcy success..could I actually win against the big companies or am I wasting my money?

Are you saying that a document preparer has done your bankruptcy paperwork and are you asking whether that fact will affect your sucess in getting a bankruptcy discharge? I don't think it's a problem.

You do understand that the student loan is normally not dischargeable in bankruptcy?
