Hello, Your infant should have already been seen by a pediatrician right after s/he was born and then at a week, 2 weeks, and 2 and 4 months. You need to see a pediatrician. Who has been checking and immunizing your baby so far?

He was ok until I gave him neocate obviously fed bad bacteria now hers soaking nappies, head banging slight seizures refusing some foods . So WISH I hadn't given him neocate- he was ok til then
I doubt you did your son any damage by feeding him neocate formula. If he is having seizures and head banging he needs to be evaluated in person by a pediatric neurologist. He needs an EEG (brain wave test) and may need a brain MRI to localize and define any seizure activity or anatomic abnormality. This is urgent.
