I was on Workers Comp. for over 12 month. My Dep. saying

I was on Workers Comp. for over 12 month. My Dep. saying that I do not accumulate Lond Service or Holida or sick days. I do not know why, as it was not my fauld being on W/C

In WA you only accumulate for the first 15 days after that you no longer accumulate under their legislation.

Here is a link that explains it for each state.

So for the first 15 days you accumulate. After that you do not.

For sick leave you do not accumulate any when on leave. But you do not lose what you have.
