If you are a beneficiary under the will you have a right to see it. If you are not a beneficiary then you have no rights.
As a grandchild you are not an eligible person to contest a will if you have been left out of it either.

If you believe you are a beneficiary then you should speak to a solicitor and have them send a letter explains the law to the family member and advising that if it is not given to you then you will consider taking the matter further.
If you are not a beneficiary I am sorry to say that you do not have any rights.
