JA: Hello. How can we help?
Customer: I was in Sydney for almost 7 years. during these time I subscribed with vodafone and used their mobile services.
JA: What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: I was in NSW
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: I cancelled my subscription on July called twice before leaving the country. But they have been charging me every month. I have informed them that I am not in Australia anymore. but unfortunately, I had to call every month
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: and listen to their same excuses that they are very sorry and they will fix it right away.

If you have cancelled it and you have evidence by email that you did you should contact the TIO and lodge a complaint and also seek a refund of any payments and the calls from overseas.
