My wife and I have no medicare cover but are required by Immigration to have "Overseas Visitors Cover" for any health problems that may arise. We are currently covered by Medibank Private and are trying to recover claims for recent illness and operations totalling 10K. Medibank are not responding to our claims, letters and emails. We need help and advice.
