i am 65. got married 8 months ago. but a fail relationship. now living separate. if we divorce after one year .can she claim from my property. it is a company. she own a house.

It is a very short relationship and he cannot claim anything and you cannot claim anything from him.

If he has paid into your assets such as a lump sum into a mortgage he can claim that back but nothing more.
