JA: Is the employment agreement "at will," union, full time or part time?
Customer: Casual employment thru a nursing agency. I can loose my Registration, My Career has been blemish free for 35yrs until this recent contract in WA
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes I want to prosecute those involved in these shocking allegations.

Currently im feeling very fragile, and feel more comfortable typing. Is that OK with you Leon.

Good Afternoon

If you were not intoxicated at work then you have a right to sue for defamation as the lies have resulted in you not being able toy do work and possible disciplinary action and it has affected your reputation.

Do you know who the people are that lied?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I have been e.mailed the complaint letter.

You have to deny it and at the same time speak to a solicitor that practices in defamation law.

The law society of WA will give you a referral.

Their website is

https://www.lawsocietywa.asn.au

You have the solicitor assist in drafting a response to the letter of complaint and also sending letters to the parties that made the false allegations to withdraw them our be sued.

If HR terminate you then you will seek more money form them for the lies.

I hope this makes sense and is of assistance. If there is nothing
