My partner just Recently got released out of jail and on

Customer Question

Hi my partner just Recently got released out of jail and on parole (8 months). He was in jail for reckless driving. He was then pull over by the cops stating, there is a warrant over his arrest. The police can't tell me what it is till he gets to the watch house. I am just wondering if there a chance he will be back in there?

Hello
Well if there is warrant out for his arrest, he will be back in custody, if he has not applied for bail as yet.

Are you able to indicate any further info?
