I am a physician in the US with an unrestricted medical

I am a physician in the US with an unrestricted medical license. I was convicted of one count of medicare fraud in 2002 and served 14 months in federal prison and completed my supervised release in Nov 2005. I have no other legal issues. Is there a problem to moving to Australia?
JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?

JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: It was a federal crime for which I served in prison.

It would be a factor.

Fraud, and drug issues, bit of a drama here in Australia.

You need to disclose it, in your favour however is that you are educated, and the offence was just over 10 years ago, so as there are no other inclusions on your record, it will assist.
