Customer: no the agents showed up at my house with a letter and some photos of goods that they have purchased through eBay

they are working on behalf of the trademark owner,

they purchased a phone case through eBay, the package return address had my business name and address on it, however it is not from my eBay account, I've looked it up and its a different address

they showed up at my house with a letter demanding the goods + $750, I've googled and read that if I sign the letter and pay the fine i am admitting guilt?

the problem is that although that package isn't from me as I don't sell that product I do sell other products, can they get afp to conduct a raid? How should I respond?
