My ex partner has been accused of sexually penetrating a 13

Customer Question

Hi My ex partner has been accused of sexually penetrating a 13 to 16 year old. We know he was definitely over 16 though...is this still illegal?
Also they had another lot of charges against her which were made up to so dropped, they even were saying that my kids were getting abused which has never happened. I was wondering if there is any charges I can lay on them for what they have put us all through.
I'd love to hear your opinion.
I live in Australia.
Thanks.

Hello
Any further charges YOU can lay? As in charging your ex partner with what exactly?
Sorry for the question, I just need to know what you are asking exactly?
