I viewed his deleted photos on his phone with the student

Customer Question

I viewed his deleted photos on his phone with the student counsellor and the Deputy Principle so we have seen it and the Deputy Principle deleted the Photo from the deleted file. You could see her underwear. Will he still be charged because we have seen the photo even though they asked me to delete it and I said to the Deputy Principle that she can. So she did.Kind Regards

Good Afternoon

My name is ***** ***** I am a NSW Solicitor. Thank you for your question, and will do my best to assist you with your question. Please understand this is not legal advise but a guide to assist you.

If they can resurrect the photo that has been deleted and she is a minor he will be charged.

These are serious matters and the courts and police will take steps to prosecute.

I hope this makes sense and is of assistance. if there is nothing further

thank you for using my services.

If I have missed anything, or you have any further questions please let me know

If there is anything else in the future please do not hesitate to ask.

Please do not forget to leave positive feedback.
