A VRO is ordered by the magistrates court, and is not something that the Family court can alter or confirm, so to make an interim VRO into a final order is a matter for the court that issued the order.

That said the Family court should be informed of any VRO, when the matter is next before the court as it may well have an impact on the way the Family Court addresses other issues.
