Have they charged you and do you have the details namely section and act you are charged under?

Unless I know a charge I cannot tell you anything I would be guessing.

If they have not done anything then more than likely you will not be charged and you are very lucky.

They have to have issued you with a penalty notice, being the charge, at the site and they would have told you that you had to appear in court.
