I believe I have not been paid the correct allowance for 6 years. According to the Agreement in place. I have been made redundant. How do I proceed to claim?

Hello
In respect of the matter you should send them an email / letter of demand, demanding payment forthwith and make reference to the calculations confirming that you have been paid less.

If they do not make payment, then file a claim with the Fair Work Ombudsman:

https://www.fairwork.gov.au/

They are able to make a judgement call in respect of same.
