Good Morning,

My name is ***** ***** I am a NSW Solicitor. Thank you for your question, and will do my best to assist you with your question. Please understand this is not legal advise Please understand this is not legal advise but a guide to assist you.

If the fact relate to the charges the H number should be the same.

Do the facts relate to your charges? They may have given you incorrect facts?

You need to speak to a solicitor. If you suffer a mental illness you may be entitle to a section 32 application and have then charges dismissed.
