on the 2 May 2016 I sent a complaint through, t i o ref number 2016/05/00452 more information was required from me sent to my mobile we have been away on holidays.
I rang Vodophone today they are still saying we owe them over six hundreds. A direct payment will be coming out from my sons account soon. Can we stop that payment until this is sorted out, ***** *****
