Good Evening

My name is ***** ***** I am a NSW Solicitor. Thank you for your question, and will do my best to assist you with your question. Please understand this is not legal advise Please understand this is not legal advise but a guide to assist you.

I assume it was your car that he was driving.

Where is your partner now?

You will have to take the matter to court and have the court make the ruling that he has to pay.

How many years has this been going on for? They are limited to 6 years to start court actions. If it is more than six years you can restrict the amount to anything less than 6 years.
