I would like to find out where I stand legally if I refuse

Customer Question

Hi, I would like to find out where I stand legally if I refuse to have a supposedly "Mandatory" flu injection at my place of work.
Can I refuse without fear of reprisals?
And is it a violation of my civil rights to force me to have this injection?
I do work in an operating theatre but have never had the injections or suffered from the flu for over 15 years.
Where do I stand in my right of refusal?
Thanking you. Hope you can help.
