Hello
How long have you been separated?

Expert:  Daniel replied 1 year ago.

Hello
If you have been separated for 2 years or more then there will be an issue, as it is outside the limitation period to make a claim.
In respect of the matter, as they got an inheritance, the law is of the view generally that it will stay with them and you do not get a claim.
