Customer Question

My brother has a friend whose wife is a police officer in South Australia. When I see her she gives me strange looks. I have a criminal record ( assault occassioning,etc.). Is she allowed to look us up and possibly share this information with her husband and can I find out if she has so I can have her disciplined

Good Evening

She cannot look up your record just because she wants to.

You can report her to Police Headquarters as she has overstepped the mark and abused her position.

I hope this makes sense and is of assistance.
