My name is ***** ***** I am a NSW Solicitor. Thank you for your question, and will do my best to assist you with your question. Please understand this is not legal advise Please understand this is not legal advise but a guide to assist you.
If you have paid the judgements then the party that you paid has to notify the court and then the notation will be made on your credit reference to say you have paid them off. It does not come off your record unless the judgement is set aside and the other party will not agree to do that.
If you want that you have to ask them and they will ask you for costs.
