Customer Question

To the reader
I am a sole trader of a cleaning business.
A client of mine, very established and reputable company are telling me that I am liable for damages to their lift doors. This untrue.
The only proof they have is here say of three people saying that we have done this and nothing else.
When I replied to their accusations..I simply got ...."don't make a big deal out of this, and pay or we will put into the hands of our solicitors"
Do not know where I stand in this situation ??????
Concerned and worried owner/cleaner.

Hello
I fail to see how you would be liable?
How are they alleging that? ON what evidence?
Do you recall damaging the doors?
