What type of assistance are you after?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have a building contract which is on a "Cost Plus" basis. The builder provided estimates before any work begain, but during the contruction there have been a lot of cost blow outs. What is the normal process when work exceeds the estimate, should the builder provide two quotes and ask the client to sign off?

Good Morning

The contract should talk about costs increases ad what the process is.

Have you found that clause?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
There is no clause for cost increases. I could email you a copy of the contract?
