Is the real estate agent allowed to send a private firm to inspect the smoke alarms in my rental property? The agent conducted a routine six monthly inspection approx
3 weeks ago,and I am disinclined to allow another intrusion.I have informed the agent that I changed the smoke alarm on the Ist October.
