What rights do I have if a person who owed me money has paid me an put money into my girlfriends account twice but then turns around a week later an says he didn't mean it an put it into wrong account an now has a debt collecting agency give my girlfriend a bad credit rating an got a judgement passed against her yet she didn't even know it went to court how can that be not against law could someone please help ?? She was never served papers we provided the debt collectors with a receipt of an photo proof of him putting the money into her account off his computer an yet they are saying that means nothing ?
