Customer Question

I am one of 11million VW owners caught up in this scandal. I have asked the dealer who sold me the car in writing for a full refund or a new model replacement vehicle, which complies with emissions. The request under the Consumer Act 2011, major issues.
I would like to know answers to the following questions please.
1.If the dealer refuses to comply with my lawful request, what would it cost to bring a civil not class action case against the dealer, not VW.
2.What do you think my chances of winning would be
3.What would it cost to have a solicitor write to the dealer on my behalf requesting they comply with the Consumer Act to shake them up
4.What sort of time frame would be involved to get a remedy
5.What firm of solicitors who deal in Consumer Law should I use
Any other observations would be welcome

Maurice and Blackburn has actually initiated an investigation already.
You should speak with them.
I suggest a class claim is the best action with them. Doing it alone will be ridiculously costly and will take years.
