Can you be told you do not have a position after 2 years on

can you be told you do not have a position after 2 years on contract in the same area and after you have been told they put you on casual and given work in the same area they have taken you out off.I believe there is Nepotism,bias,discrimination on the grounds of cancelling my contract.

Did it have a termination clause in it that allows either party to terminate without reason?

it had a date but I was told after 12 months that I would get the job anyway as if you have the job for that long it was compulsory
