Just an enquiry about my partners job, My partner started

Customer Question

Just an enquiry about my partners job, My partner started working 4 a company about 3 months ago signed a contract and everything, but his employer has advertised his job telling other workers that he is looking 2 replace my partner due 2 him not having a license 2 drive, they never asked if he had 1 at the time when he got the job, so they haven't been giving him any work 4 the past 2 weeks and telling other workers he no longer has a job but have not yet told him. The employer found out that we were gng to take them 2 fair work 4 unfair dismissal, and now his employer refuses 2 terminate his contract and is still refusing him work, and says we cant go to fair work because he hasn't been let go, the employers wont even give us a copy of his contract so we can see how many hours my partner is suppose to be getting. Is there anything we can do?? We really don't know what to do now, please help us?? Thank you very much for taking the time to read this

Hello
As he is working there on the trial period (less than 6 months) he cant claim unfair dismissal.
Regardless of what happens!
I really wish I could give better news, but thats what the fair work Act legislation says.
