Hi my son and I and his family have just recently bought property and built a home together for us all to move into as Tenants in Common. 1/3 ownership each. what happens if things break down between us, what are my rights, being a pensioner.

HelloBeing a pensioner or not, you are only entitled to what percentage you agreed upon, 1/3 as you have said. There is really no other alternative.
