My questions relate to recoverable outgoings from commercial

Customer Question

Hi, my questions relate to recoverable outgoings from commercial tenants in Qld
1. Do all recoverable outgoings have to be specifically listed in the lease?
2. If there is no building manager, are owner management fees paid to a real estate agent recoverable outgoings?
3. Can annual outgoings audit fees be apportioned 50% to owner and 50% to tenant?
Many thanks,
Sally Byrne

Hi SallyYes, all recoverable outgoings must be listed in the Lease.. They are clearly defined.. as to what kinds of expenses will be "outgoings".

Just to be sure it is a Retail Shop Lease.. What kind of business does the Tenant have?
