Sorry, but can you elaborate on your situation. What extortion are you talking about?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Vehicle was not registered Via Etoll.
Toll was $2.50 per trip = total of 10 trips = $25.00
Admin fee is about $22.00 per toll
Live go via account (was not reviewed)
On 1st April received email stating prepaid account no longer valid.
email was only just read
The problem is the fees and charges and fines.
They are chasing $1162.00 but this could be a lot more, because they have carved off some of the Bill and sent to Ïnfringement department.
Since Mid April - Go Via has been reluctant to communicate reasonably.
On five separate occasions since April I have tried to communicate.
I have asked them to look into what I felt was excess.
Go Via didn’t review until late June.
They have dragged it out so that more fines, fees and charges can be applied.
On two separate occasions I have asked for Ombudsman - and both occasions Go Via has refused to provide Ombudsman details.Seeking a fair resolution. Thanks
Michael

If you are in NSW QLD or Vic you can refer to the following ombudsman sight which can review your situation and, if it thinks appropriate, issue an order in your favour.http://www.tollingombudsman.com.au/Unfortunately legislation has been enacted to allow Toll companies to charge significant fees for tolls incurred by unregistered tollway users, so there is no guarantee that you will succeed before the ombudsman, though it is possible if you can satisfy the ombudsman that their collection of such fees is unreasonable, and especially if you can show that their methods of notifying tollway users of the tolls is improper.Good luck and please rate my answerPatrick
