Aside from this current year have you been receiving regular payments of your wages and also group certificates for all years you've worked for him?
What date where you terminated?
Yes, I received wages every week, and my group certificates up till 2011-2012, I have not received the 2012-2013 as yet.
He did not terminate me he just stop paying, last pay received was 17th Oct 2013.
Another question that was not answered, was I have not received any holiday pay is that payable if he has terminated me with out notice
