If a person is suffering from server stress and anxiety , and that is known ! by an institution . And this person signs a leagal document on there request , are they takeing advantage of the situation , and would this be binding ?

The issue is that the person may not have the capacity to sign the document at all.

It may not be binding if this is proved. Clearly from what you have informed me, it seems extremely likely that the person may not have capacity to sign and understand the document.

thus, it would not be binding UNLESS there is some evidence that some support person has signed of saying that they explained it to them.

Please accept.
