usually the matter will be dismissed, meaning no criminal record but sometimes there will be a bond.

if the money / items are repaid, then there is every chance that the matter will be dismissed.

if there is bond,still no criminal record?

there can be no record and a bond. It is basically to be of good behavior for a period of time, usually 6 months.

A section 10 is a dismissal of the charge as I said above generally.
