I think I have clarified the situation clearly in previous notes, the only thing I may need advice on is a possible Court order regard release of this bogus report against me but not prepared to spend much money or stir up trouble with the offender, maybe best to just have the driving test when my cataracts are removed Thanks Ian
What have you tried so far?: Nothing on this issue so far

I want no more trouble or contact with this lunatic but due to the privacy act I will never know what was written on that false driving report filed against me, I need to know as lies have been told that have placed a black mark against my driving record instead of a black mark where it BELONGS. I have asked the Roads people for help and sent them similar complaints about her as this. As I walk kilometer after kilometer, wait at train stations for hours and wait for late running buses now in the very depth of WINTER she is probably LAUGHING, this is the intelligence of it. Yes I probably need a driving test as my driving is not what it used to be but a test to see what I can do and what I cant do and a modified licence to meet these needs, I certainly do not need a test just to kick me off the road as an elderly driver, with a bit of help by Driving instructors and the RMS I may get away with another 5 or 6 years with a restricted licence, even if one to just do my shopping, this is cruel at this time of the year and in the opposite time of the year February and March as we all know food needs to get from the shop to the fridge immediately, I do not want the runs and throwing my guts up all next summer because of long waits for buses and long walks with food in 35C because of a crazy idiot Thanks Ian
Sometimes, finding the right Expert can take a little longer than expected and we thank you greatly for your understanding. We’ll be in touch again shortly.
Due to the previous gun talk I went to my Solicitor 600 meters away and asked her to write to Louise telling her that her behavior was unacceptable and had to STOP or legal action may be necessary, it was a perfectly reasonable letter, she immediately got off her high horse and brought up this trivial 30 year old sex thing against me saying she was taking it to court, getting support from her Facebook friends, It is like a grain of sand against Everest comparing my wrong to this rifle talk, we are dealing with a mentally ill person, I just hope I can get up and out of here to the warmer climate of Morrisett once driving again Thanks Ian

I have found very important files with rubbish on them from the offender, photocopies will be taken and will go to the Police in the next couple of days, while there I will enquire from the court house about the cost of a court order to have information regards XXXXX XXXXX to be bad driving released Thank You Ian
Please understand that it’s rare when we cannot find the right professional. However, as one of our valued customers, you are more than welcome to ask another question.. Please accept our sincere apology.
I think we can call this problem quits, I will be asking the Police and legal aid WOLLONGONG what the cost of a court order for release of the offending document will be, if below $100 OK but if $200 forget it Thanks Ian
