Hi there,I'm writing a book and wanted to have a character who finds himself famous in his 40s be bought down by an indecent exposure charge from an unreported incident in his teens. However I've been told there's a statute of limitations (which I didn't think applied to sex crimes in Queensland - which is where the book is set). Is this the case? From what I've found on the Internet (admittedly a less than perfect source for legal research), he can' be charged with sexual harassment because the Anti-Discrimination Act only came into play in 1991. Thanks,Alex
