Hi, I just pulled a copy of my credit report and discovered that I have a judgement for an old credit card debt. The judgement took place in the court where I grew up (Massachusetts). However, I have been living (and working) in Australia for 12 years. I'm thinking that I can file a motion to vacate the judgement based on 1) lack of jursdiction and 2) improper summons. Does this sound right? Will I be able to do this from overseas?Angela
Optional Information: Country relating to Question: United States State (if USA): Massachusetts Already Tried: Just investigating options.
