My neighbour is spraying the plants on my property. I now have 4 poisoned plants. what should i do ?
Neighbour complained about our trees being too close to fence on acerage by the way, so removed trees that we growing big and now he has sprayed the shrubs and bamboo that were 2 m into my property. very agressive man.
HelloContact the police and charge him with damage to property. THis is an illegal act where he can be charged with such actions. He can also be subject to a restraining order as well if he has been aggressive to you / family. He can also be charged with the council you reside in for damage to trees by poisoning. My advice, attend to speak with the police, have him charged. Please accept.
