Hi ,I live in Perth WA and 3 years ago i was sold a investment property in Craigiburn VicAll started ok ,But with biulder problems the construction did not start until feb2011, with a 290 day day biuld time and it is not finished .The biulder can only be contacted via mobile as the office is never maned When he does answer the phone all he says is 2 weeks it is now 6 months over biuld time and i have my bank on my back re the loan contractdo i have a claim for compensation ?or should i stay quite until the 2 weeks!!! is over (if ever it comes)

Only advise is to let them finish(if ever)as i need to get a rent return as soon as finances have been tight due to interest payments
Can you please attach a copy of the written contract you signed with this builder in Victoria, so I can have a look?
