Good Afternoon

If a beneficiary of the will requests a copy of the Will then they have a right to be given a copy.

Even if they are not given a copy they must be notified that they are beneficiaries under the will

There is not time limit when they have to be given it.

I hope this is of assistance and if so please click on the accept button.

What can the beneficiary do if the executor refuses to give them a copy?

Good Evening

Are they probating the Will?

Is there a Solicitor acting in the matter?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
I believe they are probating the Will, and a solicitor drew the Will up.

Good Afternoon,

The beneficiaries can contact the Solicitor and if they wont assist they can contact the Supreme COurt of WA and seek a copy of the probate.

That should have a copy of the Will attached.

I hope this is of assistance and if so please click on the accept button.
