I have a situation where Property Consent Orders were finalised 7 years ago and at the time both parties were able to work and were working to support themselves at seperation.A formal divorce was not processed until recently. Because one party has fallen on tougher times and claims to be unable to work anymore can a spousal maintence claim be made after 7 years of separation?
