The drain tubs is behind the rear panel inside the freezer.
May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?
I am not available for international calls, sorry. I will need the model number of the refrigerator to get you accurate information. The tag is in the refrigerator, usually high on a side wall.
The drain tube on this is located inside the freezer at the back below the evaporator.
To access this you need open the freezer and empty the freezer.
From there you need to remove the freezer door panel from the runners.
Once that's off you can then remove the rear panel. This will just pull off as its all push fit panels.
Then from there you will see the evaporator unit.
Under this is the drain gutter. You will need to clear the ice from in there.
Then you will see a hold. Pore boiling water in there and poke something into the hole and this will clear the drain hole from there.
Try that and see how it goes as that's how you clear the drain hole on these.

Hope this helps you.
