we have a Maxx classic , about 10 years old which won't start - no lights, nothing. in the past we have been given "re-start" instructions. can we try this again please ?

  • If the control display is totally dark, a reset is not going top help. The control has to be alive to initiate a diagnostic cycle. I suspect the main control board or the power supply filter may be faulty.
