The easiest way to diagnose ice maker issues is to manually fill the ice maker. If it dumps cubes in a few hours but does not fill back up, there is an issue with the water supply (inlet valve, fill tube, etc). If it does not dump the cubes, provided the temperature is cold enough (about -12), the ice maker is likely faulty. Can you fill the ice maker manually and tell me what happens, please?
