I have somehow locked my Electrolux stove and can't find out

Customer Question

I have somehow locked my Electrolux stove and can't find out how to unlock it. I was trying to change the clock
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Frigidaire is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: It's 12 months old. But the model number plate is inside the stove I think
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: I have locked it by pushing the buttons to change the time and it has gone into safe mode
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: The lock signal has appeared on the readout
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Appliance Technician about your situation and then connect you two.

I have fixed it. Thanks no need for any more help.

Thank you. First, try removing the power for 30 minutes by switching the breaker in your electrical service panel off. If the control board does not reset its program and function normally, please let me know.

De-activating the child lock
1. Touch any symbol on the control panel (including the
on/off symbol). 'Locked' will appear on the display.
2. Touch any symbol again. The display will instruct you
to touch both 'cook time' symbols for 2 seconds.
3. Hold until a beep sounds. The child lock is now
released and the oven is ready to use.
