Our AEG 74630 washer is showing an E20 error. In the past

Customer Question

Our AEG 74630 washer is showing an E20 error. In the past when that happened, I took off the outside drain pipe and cleaned it. This time I have cleaned the drain pipe at the front and checked that the little impeller is moving freely but when you start washing machine again it sounds like its trying to fill but no water is coming through. Have cleaned all these filters on taps and machine also just in case.
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: The error is no longer on screen but when starting machine it sounds like it is draining and should in actual fact be filling as it has been reset to start the whole process again.
JA: OK got it. Last thing — UK Appliance Technicians generally expect a deposit of about $18 to help with your type of question (you only pay if satisfied). Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.

Hello and thanks for using this service, if you have been waiting do not worry or get upset. I am APPLIANCE-HVAC GURU one of the techs on here and I try to get to as many customers as I can and I just picked up your question now. Please allow time for me to respond, sometimes I get the questions or responses late so please be patient as I have no control over the site issues. NOTE, I have nothing to do with your payment to the site and did not receive that money. The only way to credit me(APPLIANCE-HVAC GURU) is to make sure you are rating my post not another techs when finished...Thank You!

Are you sure all the water is out of the unit?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
No Not Sure if all water is out of uniy.
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 11 months ago.

Can you check please as that code is related to pumping out and the unit is seeing it still full of water, either the pump is not working correctly or the pressure sensor or tube is blocked/bad.

The only way I receive any credit at all for my time is by you selecting a STAR using the 5 STAR RATING SYSTEM on your page before you leave for me so please make sure you are rating me not another tech. If you are not happy with the service please let me know before leaving a negative rating. This will also allow you to get directly back to me for FREE follow up questions and tips are greatly appreciated! Thanks GURU
