Customer Question

We have a Waeco Cool Freeze - CF50 which has recently been giving us trouble. It was working fine and now suddenly it won't work on 240 volt. 12 volt is fine. Have you any ideas of what might be the problem. We have checked the fuse next to the 240 volt plug and that seems to be ok. We look forward to your reply. Thanks Ray and Lois.

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! If it works on 12 VDC, the power transformer that converts the 240 VAC is likely faulty. Do you have a meter to perform any testing with at the main power supply connections?
