Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! There is likely an issue with the tub support assembly that is allowing the tub to drop. If you open the door and lift up on the inner tub, does it move up and down?

May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
hi Kelly sorry about the delay i was interstate the model n/o LG Turbo Drum DD WTR65A the drum seems stable and square.
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Does it make noise when you turn the drum by hand?

Can you tell from where the noise comes from? Anything sticking through the holes in the tub that is scraping on the outer tub?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No objects in drum I washed the drum out with high pressure hose and removed the drum and plus removed excess build up

seems to be under the bottom of tub more to the right side same noise when moved clock wise or anty clock wise
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

You will probably need to access the bottom of the tub and remove the hose that leads to the pump from the tub to get as best a look in there as you can.
